Select wiki that doesn't exist shouts bunch of errors #319

What steps will reproduce the problem?
press 
8<leader>ww
to go to 8th wiki (it shouldn't be in your g:vimwiki_list)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing should happen but there are errors:
List index out of range
etc

A message should be shown, smth like "Wiki 8 doesn't exist!"
