1<leader>ww is broken #324

What steps will reproduce the problem?
try sequentially
 1<leader>ww  -- ok
 1<leader>ww  -- fail 
 2<leader>ww  -- fail
 3<leader>ww  -- fail

Revert to v:count1, added guard to goto_index func.

Stu could you check if it works for you?

"2-leader-w-leader-t" takes me to a blank page

"2-leader-w-leader-w" says "Wiki 2 is not registered"

Blank page is in a new tab? It's the reason I wrote a commit note about another 
implementation :)

Yes, it's labeled "No Name" ... and it occupies a new tab.  If you commented 
about a similar issue more than 2 hours ago, I have already forgotten ;-P
