VimwikiGenerateLinks don't escape & symbol in filenames #334

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create file test&file.wiki
2. run VimwikiGenerateLinks

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Among other links there should be test&file, but there is test__LinkUrl__file 

This probably affects many things, 'apply_pattern'?
