feature request: add ditaa support into vimwiki convert 2 HTML. #349

I found one awesome utility called "ditaa", it can convert ASCII diagrams into 
colorful pixamps.

I hope vimwiki can support ditaa write and convert.

Also, there are some similar tools like ditaa.
What do you think about this ?
