Tables don't get autoformatted after a word inside a cell becomes a wikilink #363

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Add a 2x2 table using :VimwikiTable 2 2
2. Type a word in any cell
3. Hit Esc twice - table gets autoformatted
4. Put the cursor on the word
5. Hit Enter to make it a wikilink
6. Table doesn't get autoformatted
7. However, gcc autoformats the table, at least if the cursor is in the upper 
left corner, but doing this manually everytime is painful

What version of the product are you using?

vimwiki-2-0-1
vim-7.3.154

On what operating system?

Slackware64-13.37

Sorry for the silly typo, I meant the 'gqq' mapping of course, not 'gcc'.
