[Feature Request] updates wikis in sub directory like diary #404

by writing diaries, we can update diary.wiki by <Leader>wi, to delete old and
add new ones in ~/vimwiki/diary/ in ~/vimwiki/diary/diary.wiki automatically.

I think it would be much better to apply this feature to categorized wiki
directories. for example, in ~/vimwiki/index.wiki, i can create and follow a
link [[vim/plugin]]. it will create a folder ~/vimwiki/vim/, and get me to edit
~/vimwiki/vim/plugin.wiki. i wish it could automatically create
~/vimwiki/vim/vim.wiki, and when i'm editing this wiki page, i could use
<Leader>wi to automatically update it, add all wiki pages in ~/vimwiki/vim/ to
it, delete old ones.

more specifically, i think it would be much better if :VimwikiGenerateLinks
could act like :VimwikiDiaryGenerateLinks
