What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press "Enter" on a word that is not a link
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output: a new link created
Actual result: nothing (although there is an error beep)
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Gvim 7.3.46 on Windows 7.
Please provide any additional information below.
Pressing "Enter" does follow preexisting links as expected. Links can still be
created by inserting double brackets. All the prerequisites for vimwiki are in
the vimrc file.
