vimwiki_file_exts is not working #425

I have checked the version 2.1 and find out vimwiki_file_exts is not working 
now.

So if I want to refer a interal link like `[[../resume.pdf|my resume]]`. 
Vimwiki will automatically htmlize resume.pdf to resume.pdf.html.

Anyone know how to avoid this automatical conversion?
