Update the base image and deps to latest #242

This change updates the Ubuntu base image to the latest LTS, 24.04. Additionally, it changes the version of the node to 22. Both of these changes resolve many vulnerabilities reported in Docker Hub.

Hi @piraxis thanks for the PR, I need to test that the requeriments for LinuxGSM are fine, if you provide a log showing that, I will merge the PR, if not It will need to wait until I'm able to test it.

@vinanrra Sorry didn't see the comment. I'm currently running this image on a server. Which logs were you looking for so I can provide them for any future PRs!

A good server spin up it's fine, the logs are in logs folder if you mounted up the volume.
