Redundant line in /opt/share/www-service/transmission (2.33 [or above?]) #223

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. cat /opt/share/www-service/transmission 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
<TR><TH>Alternate Speed Up:</TH><TD><INPUT type="text" name="alt_speed_up" 
size=4 value="<% get_config trans_alt_speed_up %>"> (KB/s)</TD></TR>

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Transmission 2.33

Please provide any additional information below.
The web service says: "Please enter a valid number for Alternative Speed Up. 
Accepted numbers are between 1 and 99999."
