Big mode! #47

This rocks!

I use big for all of my presentations. I'd love a big mode for this! I think you could do it with resizing figlet fonts.

big looks nice! I'll look into how figlet fonts can be resized, there's another issue to add support for custom figlet fonts.

In the meantime, a workaround might be to increase the terminal font size and use all h1 headings (which become figlets).
