build signature should include url query #9

Step:

1. GET http://some.domain.com/?q=x
2. Authorized by HTTP Header or HTTP POST

Result:

the signature does not match

According to 9.1.2

For example, the request:
  HTTP://Example.com:80/resource?id=123

Is included in the Signature Base String as:
  http://example.com/resource

so I think this isn't a bug.
