Add internationalization support #25

Problem

The app is currently limited to English-only :(

Solution

Add internationalization support

Requirements

  1. Review the available open-source i18n platforms that support open-source projects (Weblate?)
  2. Set up i18n integration, with Spanish as the test alternative language
  3. Update the README/wiki with instructions on how to contribute translations
