Group chat - send useless REFER #173

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Group chat between A, B and C
2. A quits the group chat
3. B adds A in group chat
4. B accepts

What is the expected output? 
Group chat between A, B and C. No extra messages.

What do you see instead?
Group chat between A, B and C. But A sends a REFER to add B and C in group 
chat...
