Feature Request: Black/Whitelist #22

It would be great to have some kind of of black/white listing option for the messages. For example like this

  1. Get/store new entries as it is right now
  2. Check against White-Black List and filter the entries
  3. Post only filtered messages

This way the quality of posts can be increased.
