Got first error could find not interpreter anymore. Have removed all the SSH config + SSH interpreters and added them again.

Then blocked by "Local path is not registered within uploads in the request" Found fix there : https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/PY-52888

What a painful experience this upgrade....
