http://localhost/cgi-bin/mapserv still not working, returns an 503 error with error in apache2 log less /var/log/apache2/error.log Error : unable to connect to cgi daemon after multiple tries: /usr/lib/cgi-bin/mapserv

Fix : Change the permission of the apache2 log folder chmod 755 /var/log/httpd/
