Download of TIF TIFF image tile fails

Uploaded 2018-Boucherville-13313005-13427550-1_TIF_tile.TIF successfully but in the annotation interface javascript error http://localhost:7780/testJPG/files/1imageJPG/2018-Boucherville-13313005-13427550-1_tile.JPG 404 (Not Found)
