Any possibility of a static library for MacOS, please? #8

Thank you for building this framework.

I have been unable to build libetpan in Xcode14.3 after downloading the zip file and opening the project in Xcode (initialisation script error so some archive file is missing). (I haven't used Carthage or any other package manager)

I would like to have a static library I can bind into my 10-year-old MacOS application rather than having the end-user install the framework.

Or is there a way to create a static MacOS library from the xcframework?

libetpan fails to build if there is a space character in any folder name in the path the folder in which libetpan is placed. Do not have a space in any folder name.
