Thanks, that will be useful as there are more independent cctbx available. Have you tested this against e.g. the conda-forge cctbx package (https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/cctbx).

No, but I've tested it with the cctbx package in Debian: https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/cctbx
