XFCE make the bottom corners round #124

The bottom XFCE window corners are not round like the rest and it is super difficult to resize the windows by dragging them from those corners: 2023-08-03_17-24

Non-CSD apps do not support rounded bottom corners

Aren't these the files that need to be edited: 2023-08-03_18-20

If they are "rounded" then it will work. I have used many XFM4 themes for XFCE with round corners.
