PWA icons are broken

Describe the bug When applying this icon theme, icons of Progressive Web Apps (such as Claude, Reddit, etc) are replaced with Chrome icons.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install a progressive web app through Chromium
2. Apply the theme

Expected behavior PWA icons falling back to their default icons if no icon is provided by the theme
