Plasma 6.2.0 with borked application launcher icons

Describe the bug After upgrading to Plasma 6.2.0, some icons are generic, not respecting the fluent icons theme

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Update to Plasma 6.2.0
2. Open the application launcher
3. See error

Expected behavior Should be displaying the correct icons theme, not a generic one.

Additional context This error started to happen only after upgrading to Plasma 6.2.0. Previous versions worked as expected.
