When renaming a file on the Desktop (in folder is OK), the text is not readable. I do have the issue for some time now, (not sure anymore but I think before upgrading to Plasma 6 it was OK) but maybe you have an idea how to fix this issue as I think it is not entirely related to the theme.
It is enough to apply Plasma style and set it to MacSonoma (it also happens on Colloid, Whitesur or MacVenture).
You should get this issue on a fresh installation at least when using Endeavouros (not tried other distros).
