there's a bug in the latest version, the colours for matcha-dark-aliz (red) and matcha-dark-sea (green) are off in the gnome-shell.
you can see that by hovering and clicking in the places menu, system menu, arc menu...

unzip the file rename the config files in gnome-shell.css
replace the config files located in /usr/share/themes/Matcha-dark-aliz/gnome-shell/gnome-shell.css and /usr/share/themes/Matcha-light-aliz/gnome-shell/gnome-shell.css
