Windows theme #182

After upgrading from xfce 4.16 the Mojave-Dark window theme is not being applied to xfce applications

Change the gtk theme, this is CSD window not xfwm window not use xfwm theme

In the previous version of xfce the greybird-dark theme worked perfectly with this windows theme

Xfce previous version don't use CSD window for settings, xfce4.16 update it to gtk3 so it use CSD window now

If you want change the theme you can not change the gtk theme, XFWM theme not works on it now
