Do you have the blur-my-shell extension also installed ? Reason I ask is that I had a similar visual problem with dash-to-dock and fedora 40 last week. I tracked the problem down to blur-my-shell and their dash to dock blur.

For me, I needed to disable the dash-to-dock blur in blur-my-shell and also reinstall blur-my-shell, dash-to-dock extensions and re-apply the orchis theme I use.

Anyhow, mentioning it here just in case its of any help.

No, I don't use blur-my-shell extension.

Installed extensions:

It also seems that the notification style might have a problem too.

Same problem here. But im using dash-to-dock

command use to install

./install.sh -c dark -l --tweaks compact
