Add *.tg MimeType for TuxGuitar Files #105

I propose this icon I've been using for mimetype of TuxGuitar *.tg / audio-x-tg files. This software is for creating and playing guitar tablatures on Linux.

I also add another commit in this pull request to propose change the default icon for Scribus mimetypes. Is using the default for Adobe Illustrator *.AI files and I really think this is bad because Scribus is not adobe illustrator.

The proposed mimetype uses the default colors for the Scribus app already included in Qoogir.
