1- Qogir Lighter Light theme with ligher Xfce panel

2- Qogir Darker Such as Arc Darker... Light theme with dark title bars and dark Thunar left pane

This is already called just "Qogir"… I'm using it right now and I have dark title bars and rest of window are light.
