Minimize, Restore and Close buttons ..

Hello grandmaster, I have just a few caveats about functional design:

1 - I would like the functionality of hovering the mouse over it to affect only one button, that is, only the button I hovered the mouse over, when you hover the mouse over it and press the 3 buttons at the same time, it stays strange visually speaking. I'm using the Monterey theme.

I would like it to be like this for each button:

2 - The effect when you place the mouse over the Yellow(Minimize) and Red(Close) buttons is working perfect, it gives that expand effect .. Now the green(Restore) button does not work, the button does not expand, could you kindly check, I'm using the Monterey theme.

Yellow Button(expand effect) OK:

Red Button(expand effect) OK:

Green Button(expand effect) Failed: The button just stays the same, even with hover.

I don't know if this is on purpose, as it is a button that we hardly use, it has no expand functionality, while the other 2 buttons at the end have the expand function turned on. Please check if you can.
