Create option to get all transparency windows for Gnome #1061

Hello,

It's possible to add an option in install.sh to choose all windows transparency like this (I made a quick modification on gtk-4.0.css on Gnome 46.1 to see).

here the result (I use extension to blur background)

A pull request (PR) is a request to include code changes in a git code repository. But if you don't know what that is, I won't ask you to implement this function 😅
