Is this only happens when you maximize your window?
@rivanfebrian123 Firefox window by default opens maximized for me. but this also happens even when i decrease the window size.
Have been testing on Linux Mint XFCE 20.1 and works just like charm...
I think the problem is caused by the app menu panel widget. Which package you've installed anyway?
I've followed the installation process from the readme
I mean which appmenu package you've installed. Anyways, can you try install the firefox theme by running ./tweaks.sh -f
here in my repo? https://github.com/rivanfebrian123/WhiteSur-gtk-theme
I don't remember the name of the appmenu plugin but i followed this video . And yes you are right this issue is caused by that appmenu, it works fine when i remove the appmenu
Also can you suggest which appmenu should i use which works fine with this theme?
Ubuntu Firefox Ayatana patch removes the window control buttons when you have an appmenu installed, so I think you need to install Firefox directly from its source: https://medium.com/@js_debugger/how-to-install-firefox-developer-edition-on-ubuntu-1c7f5f2b6883. The appmenu in that video (Vala Panel appmenu) is just correct tho... don't worry
Titlebar control buttons are not visible after applying the theme for firefox. There is a placeholder for the buttons but the buttons themselves are not visible. Enabling the title bar from customize window shows an additional titlebar at the top, but gets reset every time i restart Firefox.
I'm on Linux Mint XFCE 19.3
