Drawing app from flatpak stuck on Adwaita

I'm using Fedora 34. I have Drawing installed from Flathub. I did run ./tweaks.sh -F, however, it does not change Drawing's style from the default Adwaita to WhiteSur. Shouldn't all flatpak apps follow the WhiteSure theme after executing the command?

Btw, the same issue is happening with Kooha:

Kooha is gtk4 app, I'm working on it, only support gtk3 theme for now

Some applications don't allow changing themes, I think that your app is one of them.
