Open ghost opened 2 years ago
It set to blur, not a issue
Maybe i misunderstood.
As the readme said :
Don't darken the background Parameter: --no-darken -N
So i did -g -N
I thought this remove the darken mode for the GDM screen but doesn't change the desktop grey background.
Darker grey bakcgroud option is not exist
@vinceliuice I guess we don"t understand each other. I don't talk or ask about a grey background in the desktop theme or GDM theme.
I said Gnome normal behavior on last version (42 for me) is : When you clic on activities or put mouse on left up corner on your desktop after log in, you see the dock on a grey background provided by Gnome (Screenshot 1)
When i installed GDM theme with no option the behavior still the same (everything is ok) (Screnshoot 2)
But when i add the -N option on GDM tweaks. The Gnome grey background is replace by the Whitesur wallpaper. (See screenshot 3)
If you compare between screenshot 2 and 3 you may see the difference.
If you want a grey background, you need run -b blank
The nodarker is for the blur image, because when you use -b option without -N it will install a blur darker image as background
I try to install GDM theme. Installing GDM in normal mode (-g) works fine. But when installing GDM without dark mode (-N)
The background of activities screen in the desktop is change to the same wallpaper. Made it difficult to read the screen. See screenshot below.
Without GDM install normal behavior of Gnome
With GDM install no option (behavior is ok)
With GDM -N option (wrong background)
