[Request] new icons #108

I'd like to request a few icons that are missing on my system.

The Gnome Atomix game – atomix The OpenRA series of games – openra-ra/net.openra.OpenRA, openra-cnc/net.openra.OpenRA.openra-cnc and openra-d2k/net.openra.OpenRA.openra-d2k The Fuse ZX Spectrum emulator – fuse/fuse-emulator The Gnome SoundConverter app – soundconverter/org.soundconverter.SoundConverter The QuodLibet player – quodlibet/io.github.quodlibet.QuodLibet The ExFalso id3 tag editor as well as other tag editors – exfalso/io.github.quodlibet.ExFalso and tageditor The Shortwave radio player – de.haeckerfelix.Shortwave The Google Earth app – googleearth/google-earth/google-earth-pro

UPD: Found a few more missing icons. The PDF Arranger app – pdfarranger and com.github.jeromerobert.pdfarranger The KRuler app – kruler The GHex hex editor – ghex, org.gnome.ghex and org.gnome.GHex The projectM visualiser – projectM, net.sourceforge.projectM and prjm16-transparent

UPD2 Found a few more missing icons that can be solved by symlinks The Touché gesture control app – com.github.joseexposito.touche -> libinput-gestures The Portable Hardware Locality (lstopo) app – hwloc -> yast-hardware The Poedit translation editor app – poedit & net.poedit.Poedit -> gtranslator The Nufraw raw image manipulation app – nufraw -> photoflare The Parlatype audio transcription app – org.parlatype.Parlatype -> gnome-sound-recorder The ShowMeTheKey keypress display app preferences-desktop-keyboard-symbolic -> showmethekey

I also realised that some of the icons I suggest in the comments need symbolic icons too, so I'm gonna create those, add them to the comments and put it all into a pull request.

Here's my take on the Shortwave icon based on the one for louis77's Tuner from WhiteSur. Feel free to use it. I just changed the colours to match Shortwave. (the .svg is included as a .txt) de haeckerfelix Shortwave de.haeckerfelix.Shortwave.txt

The PDF Arranger icon com.github.jeromerobert.pdfarranger.svg and pdfarranger.svg could be easily solved by making those two symlinks to pdf-mix-tool.svg.

Here's my take on the Atomix icon based on the one for Electron from WhiteSur. Feel free to use it. I just added some atoms and changed the bbackground. (the .svg is included as a .txt) atomix atomix.txt

Here's my take on the Fuse icon inspired on the one from Papirus. Feel free to use it. fuse-emulator.svg has to be a symlink to fuse.svg (the .svg is included as a .txt) fuse fuse.txt

Here's my take on the Google Earth icon based on the Firefox one from WhiteSur. Feel free to use it. I just popped the official icon on top of the white backdrop and changed the shadow to match. google-earth.svg and google-earth-pro.svg have to be symlinks to googleearth.svg (the .svg is included as a .txt) googleearth googleearth.txt

Here's my take on the QuodLibet icon based on the official one. Feel free to use it. I just slapped the original note symbol in plain white on top of the WhiteSur Audacity icon's backdrop, changed its gradient, added shadows and fixed the wavy lines' cutouts. quodlibet quodlibet.txt

Here's my take on the ExFalso icon based on the one for Audacity from WhiteSur. Feel free to use it. I just slapped the tag icon on top of Audacity's and added a shadow. io.github.quodlibet.QuodLibet.svg and tageditor.svg should be symlinks to exfalso.svg (the .svg is included as a .txt) exfalso exfalso.txt

Here's my take on the SoundConverter icon based on the one for Audacity from WhiteSur. Feel free to use it. I just slapped a sync emblem on top of Audacity's icon, added a shadow to it, and changed the background gradient. org.soundconverter.SoundConverter should be a symlink to soundconverter.svg (the .svg is included as a .txt) soundconverter soundconverter.txt

Here's my take on the OperRA games' icons, based on the original icons and the Papirus version of the D2K icon. Feel free to use these. I just added some shadows and a WhiteSur backdrop from another icon. net.openra.OpenRA.svg should symlink to openra-ra.svg, net.openra.OpenRA.openra-cnc.svgshould symlink to openra-cnc.svg, and net.openra.OpenRA.openra-d2k.svgshould symlink to openra-d2k.svg (the .svgs are included as .txts) openra-ra openra-ra.txt openra-cnc openra-cnc.txt openra-d2k openra-d2k.txt

Here's my take on the KRuler icon based on the one from Papirus. Feel free to use it. I just slapped the Papirus icon's scale drawing onto a WhiteSur backdrop from the Brave icon. (the .svg is included as a .txt) kruler kruler.txt
