Dependency issue using Fedora 35 KDE spin

I don't know what's going on? it seems like a web issue

I tried installing the desktop theme in the plasma desktop folder but that didn't work either. Well it's not showing up in global themes.

Download from github to install this theme

That's what I did and placed it under the default folder for themes in KDE plasma

Just run ./install.sh to install this theme, don't replace anything,

But what if I just want the global / desktop theme and nothing else?

Which theme you don't want？ there is no useless theme in this repo !
