Ultrawide 2k (3440x1440) support #109

Added options, config, updated backgrounds to support 3440x1440. My only concern is that the grub screen itself is pretty slow to render

Grub rendering In 1080p ultra wide (2560x1080) is also super slow.

But 1920x1080p is not.

If you find out why and how to fix it please let me know.
