Can't set default grub menu option #150

Hi there,

Aftering installing the Whitesur theme on Fedora35, my grub settings were reset.

I used this command sudo grub2-set-default "Windows Boot Manager (on /dev/sda2)" to set default grub option but this doesn't work after installing the theme.

EDIT: I have made sure that etc/default/grub has GRUB_DEFAULT=saved. Also checked that boot/grub2/grubenv has saved_entry=Windows Boot Manager (on /dev/sda2). But for some reason, the grub menu keeps defaulting to Fedora (first option) instead of windows (2nd to last option).
