Can't create Local tracks on Windows 8.1 and 10 #158

When i click on the local tracks buttons i does nothing on windows 8.1 and 10. I tried drag and dropping files on the player and it just goes blank.

Issue already opened at #155 and was recently fixed, available with next release.
