I'll see if the META file gets in the way of Oasis this week-end.
Sorry, I've ended up removing it, because it didn't do exactly the same thing as oasis and that caused needless trouble down the road.
If you really don't want to install oasis, I would consider putting the setup.ml in the repo, but ..... why not simply install oasis ????
Last time I wanted to install oasis it depended on many other things and I found it easier to write a Makefile. No worry, I already maintain a few META files by myself.

Oasis has slimmed down a lot in terms of dependencies, maybe give it another shot.

You're welcome; thanks for trying to install oasis again.
Here is an alternative Makefile to build qtest without oasis.
BEWARE I also included a META file BEWARE If this META file gets in your way then the Makefile could also build it.
