Fix capitalization in META file #5

meta file refers to QTest2Lib, when the file is named qTest2Lib

Ok, so wrt. #4, you were using the makefile. When rixed added the makefile, he used q, while OASIS generated meta used Q. I fixed the META file, but didn't think of doing the same with the makefile (which I don't use, myself, the preferred way of building is through the do.ml script).

I tried the do.ml script, and decided I needed to run configure manually to set the install path (although now I realize I didn't need to do this as the qtest executable gets installed by ocamlfind now). So I gave up and used the makefile. It's possible to have oasis generate the makefile for you (and META file) automatically, I forget the name of the plugin.
