The GPL license suggest adding a copyright statement in each file:
To do so, attach the following notices to the program. It is safest
to attach them to the start of each source file to most effectively
state the exclusion of warranty; and each file should have at least
the "copyright" line and a pointer to where the full notice is found.
Right now there is only one file, src/qtest_bin.mll, which states:

But it is inconsistent with what is stated in opam (Vincent Hugot <vincent.hugot@gmail.com> and Simon Cruanes <simon.cruanes.2007@m4x.org).
