user class could allow or not sharaing to a specific user class #90

The right of allowing or limiting sharable access to a specific user class is pretty powerful. Admin may want to disallow it until a certain level or completely.

This is complicated as it's a sharable related feature and not an user feature. When sharables are single user managed, there is no problems, but, in case of multiple user management ! it can be strange.

But maybe lets try to keep it like it is said. Just the allowed managers could change it an not the other managers.
