During the constant search for a possible translation of private trackers's request system, We've found a possible idea when talking with @passagepascal.
For example, imagine the following use case:
I need help for a relocation
I create a need (or wathever we call this later) indicating place, date and conditions
an user can be interested, by doing this, this user get my contact infos
if the user want to do it, he or she come to help me
I validate that the user has helped me. The user get some share score
Needs would be the reverse sharable. Very similar in terms of parameters. but the validations is inverted (the manager validate interested users).
