Can't open the voxceleb2 video files

Please, I tried to download Part I https://thor.robots.ox.ac.uk/~vgg/data/voxceleb/vox1a/vox2_dev_mp4_partai in video files on the voxceleb2 dataset, but when I download it it is a binary file I can't open it. Can you tell me what can I do to open the voxceleb2 video files?

If you know also how can I use the dataset on google colab?
