Notable changes

CLDR 37: Several deprecations

ECB: Adds Aland Islands (AX)

V-Dem v12: Malta extends earlier and the Vatican later. A couple changed names, like Eswatini.

IOC: Adds U.S. Virgin Islands

ISO 4217: Venezuela redenominated from VES to VED; both reported; prefer VED.

Update UN names: Fixed extra white space, erroneous asterisks. Made manual fixes where website was incorrect. (Notably Arabic missing Costa Rica and Spanish misspelling "Trinidad y Tabago".)

I feel bad for the poor intern who had to type all those names by hand, and I'm willing to cut them some slack for a few typos ;-)
