Update action to r-lib v2 #301

r-lib/actions changed their default branch to v2 a while back, but the change is not picked up automatically. Last I checked, it's not even used in {uesthis}. This PR updates the r-lib check-standard action to their V2. https://github.com/r-lib/actions/blob/v2-branch/examples/check-standard.yaml

Sounds like a good idea, thanks! I changed to v2 on another repo and it was uneventful. Let's merge and see.
