Fix European Portuguese cardinal numbers #29

Make cardinal number texts European Portuguese compliant. The current definitions refer to Brazilian Portuguese. They should be kept in a separate (Brazilian Portuguese) def file.

FYI, I have just pushed to the repo a commit with brazilian created. So the former definition can still be accessed by \FCloadload{brazilian}.

FYI, the fix has been distributed on CTAN as part of v3.05.
