Plain `emlop p` doesn't see emerge process termination as long as an older process is still running

Steps to reproduce:

• emerge foo in first terminal
• wait 5 secs
• emerge bar in second terminal
• Wait until emlop p in third terminal looks ok
• Ctrl-C emerge bar process
• emlop p in third terminal shows both foo and bar as currently emerging (should only see foo)

This was a know limitation at implementaion time, but I'm not sure how to properly solve it (emerge.log doesn't clearly identify the failed emerge process). Qlop and genlop get it right though, so it's possible ;)
