QTL reports for ancestral model #3

The QTL reports for the ancestral model could be improved by adding a column to the effects listening to which ancestral cluster the parent was assigned

For the ancestral model, in the new version of mpp_proc() and MQE_proc(), the results are given per connected part. Within each connected parts, parents are grouped by similarity of score (so ancestral allele).
